Avant Lendings operates a free online loan-request service, and our support team is here to answer questions about the request form, the information you shared, and how our service works. Choose whichever channel is easiest for you, and use the notes below to get the quickest, most complete answer.
Ways to Reach Us
Our support team can be reached by email, by phone or by postal mail, and each channel is handled by the same team, so you can pick whichever one fits your schedule.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: (888) 724-9102
- Mail: 9332 Cedar Lane, Suite 868, Atlanta, GA 30303
Email is usually the fastest way to get a detailed answer, because it lets us look into your question and reply in writing. Phone works well for quick questions about how the form works. Please send mail only for formal written requests, since it takes the longest to arrive and process.
What to Include in Your Message
A helpful message includes your full name, the email address or phone number you used on the request form, the approximate date you submitted it, and a short description of what you need.
Please do not send your full Social Security number, bank account number or a photo of your ID by email. We will never ask you for those details over email or by phone. If someone claiming to represent us asks for them, stop the conversation and contact us directly using the details on this page.
What We Can Help With
Our team can help with questions about submitting a request, updating or correcting your contact details, understanding how lenders in our network receive requests, and exercising your privacy choices.
- Explaining each step of the form and what happens after you submit it
- Confirming whether we received your request
- Correcting a misspelled email address or phone number on a pending request
- Answering questions about how we are compensated by lenders
- Handling requests to access or delete your information under our privacy policy
What We Cannot Help With
Lenders, not our service, make credit decisions and manage loan accounts, so we cannot see, change or explain a lender's approval decision, and we cannot take payments or adjust a loan you already have.
We are not a lender, and we are not Avant, LLC or WebBank. If you have a loan and need to make a payment, change a due date, ask about a payoff amount, or dispute a charge, contact the lender named in your loan agreement. Its phone number and website are printed in the agreement and usually in your welcome email.
If you cannot resolve a problem with a lender, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or with your state's financial regulator. Both accept complaints from borrowers at no cost.
How to Opt Out of Marketing
Opting out of marketing from us takes one step: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply STOP to any text message, or email us and ask to be removed from all marketing lists.
When you email us, include the email address and phone number you used so we can find your record. We process opt-out requests promptly, though a message already scheduled may still arrive for a short time. Opting out with us does not stop messages from a lender you have already been matched with. To stop those, contact that lender directly or use the opt-out option in its messages.
You may still receive non-marketing messages about a request you submitted, such as a confirmation that we received it.
Response Times
Email is the fastest way to reach us, because a written message gives us the details we need to look up your request. Phone and postal mail work too, and replies follow in the order messages arrive.
Privacy requests, such as a request to access or delete your information, may take longer because we must verify your identity first. We will confirm that we received a privacy request and tell you if we need more information.
Before you contact us, you may find a quick answer on our frequently asked questions page or in our guide to how the request process works.
